DEAL: 10 x BC62N  Beechfield Organic 5 panel cap + single placement embroidery

Once purchased please email artwork and cap colour choice over.

To process the order we will need:

  • ARTWORK 300dpi at print correct size, psd, ai or pdf file 

  • Max embroidery size 9cm x 6cm

  • Cap Colour. The order can be a mix of cap colours. Embroidery size and colour will stay the same across all caps.

  • Turnaround is currently 5 - 7 working days from artwork approval

  • Digitising Set Up Fee included

Made with 100% OCS-certified organic cotton twill, the BC62N provides the perfect eco-conscious alternative to a timeless design. With its 5 panel construction, mid profile silhouette and pre-curved peak, this organic staple is designed for comfort. The BC62N is perfect for multiple applications and can be easily rebranded with its TearAway label.

Screen Printing Artwork Guide:
  • Artwork type: vector graphics or high-quality raster image
  • Suggested software: Adobe Illustrator/­­­Photoshop
  • File extensions: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, DCS or if not possible then JPG, PNG
  • Artwork resolution: vector graphics or raster at print size and 600 dpi (minimum 300dpi)
  • All text / fonts converted to outline (or custom fonts provided to us if required)
  • Maximum standard print size: 30 × 40 cm
  • Pantone Colour Reference, if known, otherwise we will colour match as best we can.

Artwork digitising fee

There is a one off set up fee to pay for the first time you place an embroidery order. This is ontop of the cost of the garment and embroidery. Getting the artwork digitised tells the machines how many, where and which order to place the stitches. This is a one off fee for each new design. 

Add digitising fee to basket 

Once paid, this digitised file can be used as many times as needed for future orders.

Thread Colours

Maximum of 5 colours, for the design. Unless specified we will colour match as close as possible

Production Time

Turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days plus delivery from confirmation that digitising has been paid.
