  • ARTWORK 300dpi at print correct size, psd, ai or pdf file 

  • Max Print size 30cm x 35cm

  • Bag Colour Choice. The order can be a mix of bag colours. Print size and colour will stay the same across all bags.

  • Turnaround is currently 5 - 7 working days from artwork approval

Product Info

Tote bags are a budget-friendly choice for custom screen printing your designs. They’re great as band merchandise that fans will love for years, or as giveaways at trade shows to keep your materials organised.

We screen print your designs with a choice of ink colors onto organic cotton shopping tote bags. Plus, there's a wide range of tote bag colors to choose from.

Tote bag dimensions are 370 (w) x 420mm (d). 

The top of the bag to the apex of the handle measures 380mm.

The 100% cotton fabric is of a 150gsm weight! Please note these bags are sponge clean only.

Screen Printing Artwork Guide:
  • Artwork type: vector graphics or high-quality raster image
  • Suggested software: Adobe Illustrator/­­­Photoshop
  • File extensions: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, DCS or if not possible then JPG, PNG
  • Artwork resolution: vector graphics or raster at print size and 600 dpi (minimum 300dpi)
  • All text / fonts converted to outline (or custom fonts provided to us if required)
  • Maximum standard print size: 30 × 40 cm
  • Pantone Colour Reference, if known, otherwise we will colour match as best we can.

Artwork digitising fee

There is a one off set up fee to pay for the first time you place an embroidery order. This is ontop of the cost of the garment and embroidery. Getting the artwork digitised tells the machines how many, where and which order to place the stitches. This is a one off fee for each new design.

Once paid, this digitised file can be used as many times as needed for future orders.

Thread Colours

Maximum of 5 colours, for the design. Unless specified we will colour match as close as possible

Production Time

Turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days plus delivery from confirmation that digitising has been paid.
