Made for an active lifestyle, the Lightweight active 1/4-zip utilises a new, breathable stretch fabric which proudly accepts print or embroidery. With details such as a YKK zip, raglan sleeves and wicking fabric, you can expect nothing short of best performance from this garment.

Washing Instructions
30°C wash. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach.

Print Size Guide:

  • Standard Print: 30cm wide
  • Oversized DTG Print: 40cm wide
  • Oversized Screen Print: 37cm wide
  • Left Chest Print: 10cm wide (wearers left side, right side of the screen)
  • Max DTG Print Size: 40cm x 45cm (XXS – Medium Max Print Size: 35cm x 40cm)

Artwork digitising fee

There is a one off set up fee to pay for the first time you place an embroidery order. This is ontop of the cost of the garment and embroidery. Getting the artwork digitised tells the machines how many, where and which order to place the stitches. This is a one off fee for each new design. 

Add digitising fee to basket 

Once paid, this digitised file can be used as many times as needed for future orders.

Thread Colours

Maximum of 5 colours, for the design. Unless specified we will colour match as close as possible

Production Time

Turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days plus delivery from confirmation that digitising has been paid.
