What happens when you receive an order?
- When a customer orders a product from your website and completes payment at checkout the order comes through to our platform automatically and is tagged 'created' in your live ink account.
- The fulfilment and shipping cost of the order are deducted from credits on your account and the order is tagged 'paid' so it can move into production.
- We print or embroider the order and ship it to your customer anywhere in the world using fully recyclable paper mailer bags. The order is tagged 'shipped'
- Your customer receives a tracking number for the shipping service used so they know when to expect delivery.
