Woocommerce: Set up your Brand Profile

This step-by-step guide explains how to set up your WooCommerce Brand Profile within your Live Ink account. Configuring this ensures your orders include custom-branded packing slips and professional inside neck labels.

Pre-Setup Tip

It is highly recommended to complete your Brand Profile before you start linking or creating products. This ensures your labels and branding are ready to be assigned to your items before customers place orders.

Step 1: Access the Brand Page

  1. Log in to your Live Ink account.

  2. Ensure your WooCommerce store is already integrated.

  3. Navigate to the Brand page (or go to live.ink/my-brands).

  4. Click the "Add New Brand" button.

Step 2: Configure Your Packing Slip Details

Packing slips are included in your parcels for free. Fill in the following details as you want them to appear to your customers:

  1. Store Name: The name of your brand or store.

  2. Customer Service Phone Number: The contact number printed on the slip for customer inquiries.

  3. Customer Service Email: The contact email address displayed on the slip.

  4. Packing Slip Message: A personal message to your customer.

    • Tip: We recommend a thank-you message, brief returns information, and a discount code to encourage repeat purchases.

  5. Logo: Upload your brand logo. This will be printed at the top of the packing slip.

Step 3: Set Up Brand Labels (Inside Neck Prints)

If you want your brand logo printed inside the neck of your garments (available for an additional cost of £1.50 per garment):

  1. Upload Your Label: Upload your logo or a custom label design.

  2. Specifications: The maximum print size is 8x8cm.

  3. Content Options: While most brands just use their logo, you can also include:

    • Size Information (optional).

    • Care Instructions (e.g., "Wash at 30°C inside out. Do not iron over print").

    • Fibre Content (e.g., "100% Organic Cotton").

Step 4: Save and Update

  1. Review all the information you have entered.

  2. Click the "Update" or "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.

  3. Your Brand Profile is now active and ready to be linked to your WooCommerce products.

Important Notes:

  • White Labels: Live Ink operates as a "white label" service, meaning no Live Ink branding appears on your packaging; it is all customized to your store.

  • Label Costs: The cost of the neck label is added to the production cost of each item when you assign it to a product variant.

  • Return Address: Ensure the address in your profile is the one you wish customers to use for any returns, as Live Ink does not handle returns on behalf of your customers.
