We integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Squarespace and Not On The High Street. All of our integrations are free, with no setup fees, subscriptions or commission on your sales. If you use a different platform, we also offer an API for custom connections. Get in touch and we can talk through your requirements.

Once your store is connected, the process is fully automated. When a customer places an order in your shop, it's sent to us for production automatically. We print the item onto premium organic garments using eco-friendly inks, pack it with your branded packing slip and dispatch it directly to your customer under your brand name. Your customer receives tracking as soon as the order ships. There's no need to hold stock, manage inventory or handle any fulfilment yourself.

No. All of our integrations are completely free. There's no setup fee, no monthly subscription and we take 0% commission on your sales. You only pay for the garment, printing and shipping when an order comes in. This means you can start selling custom merchandise with no upfront investment and no ongoing costs beyond production. You set your own retail prices and keep the margin.

Yes. You can either create brand new products through our platform and sync them to your store, or link existing products that are already listed. This is useful if you've already built up reviews and SEO on your current product pages and don't want to lose that by creating new listings. No. Every order is dispatched under your brand, not ours. You can add your own logo to customised packing slips, use garment relabelling to replace neck labels with your own branding, and add branded swing tags. From your customer's point of view, the order comes directly from you. It's a fully white label service designed to make your brand look professional and established.

Print on demand orders are usually produced in 3–5 working days, plus delivery time, and many are dispatched sooner. Orders placed after 3:30pm on weekdays start production the next working day. You can check our current turnaround times and the delivery estimates on our shipping costs page.

Yes. We ship to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world, and all international parcels are sent tracked. Orders to the USA include a 10% export duties fee at checkout, so your customers don't face unexpected charges when their order arrives. Full prices are on our shipping costs page.

Yes. Your customers pay shipping through your store, so set your rates to cover our shipping costs. We have step by step guides for setting up shipping rates on Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy and Squarespace.

Yes. When you create a product in your Live Ink account you can choose print or embroidery, and both are fulfilled automatically through your connected store. Find out more about our DTG printing and embroidery.
