Small steps make a big difference - this sustainable zoodie features a beautifully soft-brushed inner and smooth 100% organic cotton face, giving it all the printability of the classic JH001. Sourced from certified factories with a blend of 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester to help minimise impact on the environment.

Specification

Twin-needle stitching detail. Double-fabric hood. No drawcords – to comply with EU regulation. Kangaroo pouch pocket. Ribbed cuffs and hem. Brushed inner fleece. Soft-cotton faced fabric creates ideal printing surface. Simple tear-out label makes it perfect for rebranding.

Washing Instructions
Machine wash 30°. Do not bleach. Iron low heat. Tumble dry low heat. Do not dry clean.

Print Size Guide:

  • Standard Print: 30cm wide
  • Oversized DTG Print: 40cm wide
  • Oversized Screen Print: 37cm wide
  • Left Chest Print: 10cm wide (wearers left side, right side of the screen)
  • Max DTG Print Size: 40cm x 45cm (XXS – Medium Max Print Size: 35cm x 40cm)

Screen Printing Artwork Guide:

  • Artwork type: vector graphics or high-quality raster image
  • Suggested software: Adobe Illustrator/­­­Photoshop
  • File extensions: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, DCS or if not possible then JPG, PNG
  • Artwork resolution: vector graphics or raster at print size and 600 dpi (minimum 300dpi)
  • All text / fonts converted to outline (or custom fonts provided to us if required)
  • Maximum standard print size: 37 × 47 cm

Artwork digitising fee

There is a one off set up fee to pay for the first time you place an embroidery order. This is ontop of the cost of the garment and embroidery. Getting the artwork digitised tells the machines how many, where and which order to place the stitches. This is a one off fee for each new design.

Once paid, this digitised file can be used as many times as needed for future orders.

Thread Colours

Maximum of 5 colours, for the design. Unless specified we will colour match as close as possible

Production Time

Turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days plus delivery from confirmation that digitising has been paid.
