The Prepster 2.0 Long Sleeve (STPU223) is our premium blank unisex long sleeve polo shirt, an uplifted version of our popular Prepster Long Sleeve polo. Crafted from 100% organic cotton, this modern fit unisex polo with long sleeves is pre-washed for better shrink resistance and a softer handfeel, ensuring superior durability and comfort. Premium details make the Prepster 2.0 Long Sleeve a standout style that's ideal for creating personalised long sleeve polo shirts that will look good wear after wear. A reinforced collar keeps this classic polo looking neat, attractive box stitching on the plaquette adds stability, while a horizontal top buttonhole gives a better hold at the neck. When it comes to decoration, the uplifted Prepster 2.0 Long Sleeve iconic long sleeve polo t-shirt delivers outstanding results. Its fine, 240 gsm piqué fabric offers an excellent surface for printing or embroidery, while a carefully curated colour palette features shades to complement any logo, branding or design.

  • File extensions: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, DCS or if not possible then JPG, PNG
  • Artwork resolution: vector graphics or raster at print size and 600 dpi (minimum 300dpi)
  • All text / fonts converted to outline (or custom fonts provided to us if required)
  • Maximum standard print size: 37 × 47 cm

Artwork digitising fee

There is a one off set up fee to pay for the first time you place an embroidery order. This is ontop of the cost of the garment and embroidery. Getting the artwork digitised tells the machines how many, where and which order to place the stitches. This is a one off fee for each new design.

Once paid, this digitised file can be used as many times as needed for future orders.

Thread Colours

Maximum of 5 colours, for the design. Unless specified we will colour match as close as possible

Production Time

Turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days plus delivery from confirmation that digitising has been paid.
