PUFF GILET 2.0: THE UNISEX PUFF GILET
The Puffer Gilet 2.0 (STJU293) is a unisex lightweight padded vest made from recycled nylon. Designed for layering, it offers warmth without bulk and features a double zip for flexible styling. Its stand collar and clean lines give it a trendy look suitable for urban and outdoor wear. Internal decoration access allows easy branding. Ideal for transitional seasons, it combines insulation, mobility and sustainability. Ideal for DTF, transfer and embroidery.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Maximum washing temperature 30°C, very mild process. Do not bleach. Tumble drying possible, low temperature. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Wash similar colours together. No ironing. Close all snaps before washing. Line dry.

- Garment Dyed Colours may react different to DTG printing, so we would recommend a test print before full production

Embroidery
Artwork digitising fee
There is a one off set up fee to pay for the first time you place an embroidery order. This is ontop of the cost of the garment and embroidery. Getting the artwork digitised tells the machines how many, where and which order to place the stitches. This is a one off fee for each new design.
Once paid, this digitised file can be used as many times as needed for future orders.
Thread Colours
Maximum of 5 colours, for the design. Unless specified we will colour match as close as possible
Production Time
Turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days plus delivery from confirmation that digitising has been paid.
Screen Printing
