TRAIL BLAZER: THE MEN'S SLEEVELESS SOFTSHELL JACKET
The Stanley Trail Blazer (STJM235) is our premium men's softshell gilet, designed to deliver style, versatility, and comfort. An ideal companion when a heavy coat isn't needed, this premium sleeveless jacket for men is stretchy and offers both freedom of movement and protection from the elements. Made from 94% recycled polyester and 6% elastane, the Stanley Trail Blazer blank softshell gilet is a fully bonded 3-layer softshell. It has an inside fleece layer, a recycled TPU membrane, and an outer layer treated with a fluorine-free durable water repellent. It's breathable, windproof and waterproof, and has an excellent surface for decoration, making it ideal for creating custom outdoor clothing. This trendy outerwear gilet is also available in a women's version, the Stella Trail Blazer, for a fit that's better adapted to the female body.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Maximum washing temperature 30°C, very mild process. Do not bleach. Tumble drying possible, low temperature. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Wash similar colours together. No ironing. Close all snaps before washing. Line dry.

- Garment Dyed Colours may react different to DTG printing, so we would recommend a test print before full production

Embroidery
Artwork digitising fee
There is a one off set up fee to pay for the first time you place an embroidery order. This is ontop of the cost of the garment and embroidery. Getting the artwork digitised tells the machines how many, where and which order to place the stitches. This is a one off fee for each new design.
Once paid, this digitised file can be used as many times as needed for future orders.
Thread Colours
Maximum of 5 colours, for the design. Unless specified we will colour match as close as possible
Production Time
Turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days plus delivery from confirmation that digitising has been paid.
Screen Printing
