Christmas Dates

The last order dates for UK Christmas delivery are below, and the cut-off time is 11:59PM:

• Royal Mail 48/24 Tracked - Monday 11th December
• DPD Courier - Wednesday 13th December
• International Royal Mail Postage - Tuesday 03rd December
• Royal Mail Pre Christmas Post: 20th December

You can still place orders after the last order dates, but they may not arrive in time for Christmas. 

What happens if my order doesn't arrive in time?

Please note that while we strive to ship orders in time for each courier's last post dates, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive before Christmas. After the parcel leaves our facility, we no longer have control over its delivery.

Collections for our Bristol Studio

If you are close enough to come and collect from our studio then we will be taking orders up until the 18th December with collection no later than 12pm on the 22nd December.

PRODUCTION DATES

21st DECEMBER 2023: Last production day

22nd DECEMBER 2023: Closing at 12pm

03rd JANUARY 2024: Open as normal

During this time our website will be open and taking orders, these will be produced once we open again in 2024 with standard production times.
