SHOPIFY APP UPDATE NEEDED BY 01ST FEB 2025

From the beginning of February Shopify are implementing a huge number of updates, if you haven’t seen their email check it out here

As part of Shopify’s update, we have been working hard to improve our integration, this requires every Shopify integration to be reinstalled. 

Before the 01st February you will need to log into your account on our site and so you can re-install the updated Shopify App. (Rest assured, no product links will be lost during this process.)

Follow the instructions below before the 01st February to keep your Shopify integration working seamlessly: 

Log into your account on our site: https://­live.­ink/­profile

Click on Account – Integration – Shopify
or click on the hyperlink:
https://­live.­ink/­shopify

Click on ‘Click here’ in the orange warning box – this will take you to your Shopify - Log into your Shopify account – click on ‘update’ –

 this should then take you back to your profile on Live Ink – Click on ‘Link Account’ 

– this should take you back to the normal integration page, without any warning sign – All Done!
