  • Artwork type: vector graphics or high-quality raster image

  • Artwork resolution: vector graphics or raster at print size and 600 dpi (minimum 300dpi)
  • All text / fonts converted to outline (or custom fonts provided to us if required)

Artwork digitising fee

There is a one off set up fee to pay for the first time you place an embroidery order. This is ontop of the cost of the garment and embroidery. Getting the artwork digitised tells the machines how many, where and which order to place the stitches. This is a one off fee for each new design.

Once paid, this digitised file can be used as many times as needed for future orders.

Thread Colours

Maximum of 5 colours, for the design. Unless specified we will colour match as close as possible

Production Time

Turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days plus delivery from confirmation that digitising has been paid.
