FREESTYLER: THE UNISEX DRY HANDFEEL AND HEAVY WEIGHT ORGANIC COTTON T-SHIRT

The Freestyler (STTU788)  is a relaxed heavy t-shirt in 240gsm that provides an urban look. Featuring a set-in sleeve, 1x1 rib at neck collar, inside back neck tape in self-fabric. Sleeve hem and bottom hem with wide double-needle topstitch complete the look of the Freestyler.

​CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Wash similar colours together, no ironing on print, wash and iron inside out.

- Each Natural Raw piece showcases organic cotton's natural variations in colour and texture. These subtle differences aren't imperfections - they're the essence of truly natural fabric.

- Garment Dyed Colours may react different to DTG printing, so we would recommend a test print before full production

  • Standard Print: 30cm wide
  • Oversized DTG Print: 40cm wide
  • Oversized Screen Print: 37cm wide
  • Left Chest Print: 10cm wide (wearers left side, right side of the screen)
  • Max DTG Print Size: 40cm x 45cm (XXS – Medium Max Print Size: 35cm x 40cm)

Screen Printing Artwork Guide:

  • Artwork type: vector graphics or high-quality raster image
  • Suggested software: Adobe Illustrator/­­Photoshop
  • File extensions: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, DCS or if not possible then JPG, PNG
  • Artwork resolution: vector graphics or raster at print size and 600 dpi (minimum 300dpi)
  • All text / fonts converted to outline (or custom fonts provided to us if required)
  • Maximum standard print size: 37 × 47 cm

Artwork digitising fee

There is a one off set up fee to pay for the first time you place an embroidery order. This is ontop of the cost of the garment and embroidery. Getting the artwork digitised tells the machines how many, where and which order to place the stitches. This is a one off fee for each new design.

Once paid, this digitised file can be used as many times as needed for future orders.

Thread Colours

Maximum of 5 colours, for the design. Unless specified we will colour match as close as possible

Production Time

Turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days plus delivery from confirmation that digitising has been paid.
