The Freestyler Vintage (STTU073) is our unisex garment dyed heavy weight t-shirt. Made from 100% organic carded cotton, this premium quality oversized t-shirt has a dry handfeel, giving it a modern, streetwear vibe. It's a great choice for custom band merch that fans will wear with pride, thanks to its eco-friendly material and on-trend fit. Garment washing gives this organic cotton dyed t-shirt a unique, pre-worn look, while slight shading on the seams adds to the vintage aesthetic. - Each Natural Raw piece showcases organic cotton's natural variations in colour and texture. These subtle differences aren't imperfections - they're the essence of truly natural fabric.

- Garment Dyed Colours may react different to DTG printing, so we would recommend a test print before full production

  • Oversized DTG Print: 40cm wide
  • Oversized Screen Print: 37cm wide
  • Left Chest Print: 10cm wide (wearers left side, right side of the screen)

Screen Printing Artwork Guide:

  • Artwork type: vector graphics or high-quality raster image
  • Suggested software: Adobe Illustrator/­­Photoshop

  • Artwork resolution: vector graphics or raster at print size and 600 dpi (minimum 300dpi)
  • All text / fonts converted to outline (or custom fonts provided to us if required)

Artwork digitising fee

There is a one off set up fee to pay for the first time you place an embroidery order. This is ontop of the cost of the garment and embroidery. Getting the artwork digitised tells the machines how many, where and which order to place the stitches. This is a one off fee for each new design.

Once paid, this digitised file can be used as many times as needed for future orders.

Thread Colours

Maximum of 5 colours, for the design. Unless specified we will colour match as close as possible

Production Time

Turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days plus delivery from confirmation that digitising has been paid.
